Article 1 – LEGAL REGIME.
This Regulation is subject to status Au20Jasmins riad. The resident can claim legal provisions applicable to residential leases, particularly with regard to tenure.
Article 2 – PRICE, PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
The rental price includes the provision of a room, taxes included. Optional services are not included in the price.
For stays exceeding six days, the rent is payable in advance and is not subject to any refund in the event of early departure.
A deposit is required at DH in 2000 the arrival of the client.
Optional services payable weekly or once the amount reaches 1000 DH.
Article 3 – ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.
Accordance with the regulations in force in Morocco, relative to hotels, anyone who stays in the guest house Au20Jasmins must first fill out an individual upon presentation of proof of identity.
Article 4 – TIME
The length of stay is the one provided in the booking confirmation to the guest house Au20Jasmins. It may be extended depending on availability.
Article 5 – BILLING
Invoices are issued on behalf of the Resident individual or on behalf of the corporation when it supports the rental price. An invoice is in arrears.
Article 6 – OBLIGATIONS OF RESIDENT
The Resident shall use the leased premises and facilities in » good father » in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Any debit in the guesthouse Au20Jasmins as a private or professional, is prohibited.
Any gainful employment or people paid by the Resident is prohibited within the riad Au20Jasmins.
The client must have a respectful behavior and other residents can have actions that would jeopardize their peace, morality and respectability of the establishment.
Article 7 – PROVISION AND DEGRADATION
The room is available to the resident on the date specified at 14.00hrs. The apartment must be vacated by noon the day of departure.
Upon entry, the current situation is observed in the presence of the receptionist.
The Resident will pay the cost of the missing items and the cost of degraded objects.
At the start, the room inventory is subject to control.
Article 8 – LIABILITY.
The responsibility of the guest house Au20Jasmins can not be held liable for theft or damage of personal belongings in the apartment, including individual safes, common areas, parking lots and other outbuildings or annexes of Au20Jasmins.
Article 9 – INSURANCE.
The riad Au20Jasmins is covered by a policy of insurance covering its liability.
Article 10 – VISITS.
Visits are allowed only after approval of the management. Visitors are required to identify themselves.
Article 11 – SERVICES.
The guesthouse Au20Jasmins will diligently to ensure the usual hotel services (cleaning, change of sheets and towels, safety, hygiene, comfort ….) and can not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused for reasons beyond its control, such as blackouts, telephone …
The guesthouse Au20Jasmins may enter the leased premises to maintain and ensure the proper execution hereof.
Article 12 – ADVANCE.
When booking an advance of 30% of the rental price is required (minimum 1 night).
In case of cancellation, the advance is repaid (net of bank charges) under the following conditions:
In full if the cancellation occurs more than one month prior to arrival.
50% if cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before arrival.
25% if the cancellation occurs between 3 and 14 days before arrival.
Article 13 – TERMINATION.
The implied contract of hire will be automatically terminated, without formality and without delay in the event of default by the Resident of any of these.
